Zamak is a family of alloys with a base metal of zinc and alloying elements of aluminium, magnesium and copper.
All of our Zamak is made and alloyed here in the USA. Please email for bulk prices > 4000 lbs.
We do not recommend machining zamak, as there will be many air pockets like swiss cheese. Expect at least a 50% reject rate if you need to machine parts; however, we make no guarantees on any ingots.
