Description

The RM-48 Zinc anode is particularly suited for major ships, 10,000 DWT and upward. It measures 2.25" x 4.5" x 24", weighs approximately 45 lbs and has a single galvanized steel longitudinal core strap measuring 0.25" x 1.50" x 29.25" which may come with holes to bolt the anode on to the hull. The RM-48 is rated at 2 Amps/year. Made to current MIL A 18001K spec (aka ASTM B-418 Type 1). Please call if you want an anode with a different alloy.
