Description
This is 2 - 25 pound bags 50 pounds total of Air Cleaned Reclaimed Lead Shot. You can upgrade to washed and re-graphited shot that some people have used for reloading. It is also great for making scuba weights, for use as ballast weight or a cheap lead source for other projects. Please be aware that this shot may still have a small amount of foreign objects, i.e. pebbles or dirt in it. The bag of shot will contain a mix of all sizes - mainly around 7.5 and 8.
Our Reclaimed Lead Shot averages about 5% Antimony Lead and is approximately 425 lbs per cubic foot or .24 lbs per cubic inch for the Washed and Graphite and approximately pounds per cubic foot: 350 - 380 pounds for the Air Cleaned.

Each bag measures approximately 10" x 5" x 2"
Pounds per cubic inch: +/- .20-.22 pounds
Bag weight will be + / - 1 pound so the weight range will be 24 to 26 pounds per bag

Reclaimed lead shot
The reclaimed lead shot was exactly what I expected. It has been washed and graphited and looks decent. It was a pleasant surprise to see how well the bags of lead shot had been packaged for shipment. This company has mastered the art of padding, double boxing and securely taping heavy metal shipments.

Reclaimed lead shot
Reclaimed shot is always a gamble. While this is advertised as for ballast only it actually had better quality shot than most sold for reloading. A quick inspection in a plastic tub and a half hour with some graphite in my vibratory tumbler and I'm in business. Reclaimed shot shoots a wider pattern, generally subsidizing my sporting clays score!

Good for racing ballast!
I used this in some ballast tanks in my son's Junior Dragster. Worked great and is pretty clean.

Good shot!
I have reloaded with reclaimed shot many times and this shot works really well in all four of my MEC loaders. The shot is clean and some of it is flattened, but it still shoots decent patterns. At today's prices for reloading components, this is a great sub for new shot selling at $75-$90 a bag.

Exactly what its supposed to be
It's 50 lbs of the leadiest lead that has ever leaded. The air cleaned stuff is dirtier than the washed stuff. And if that comment helped you, you're an idiot.
