I was notified when the item was shipped with an estimated arrival. Two days later it arrived and was exactly what i needed. I haven't used it yet but will in this weekend. The product is exactly as described but mine was shipped inside a box, inside a zip-lock baggie which due to the nature of the content was punctured and blown open. Since a not insignificant amount of the product is chips/dust, this portion leaked all over my living room floor... Something about heavy-metal dust/debris in my home with my three small children sent me into a cleaning frenzy... Rotometal: Please improve your packaging. I'd suggest using some paper around the metal itself, then put that inside a sturdier, thermally sealed baggie (standard shipping type) for this product due to its nature. Even with this problem, I would purchase again.
