Description

Zinc Sheet .040" thickness or 18 gauge. Please select you size above. We recommend you order a piece that is larger then you need. Freight companies now charge extra for 12' lengths, therefore there is an additional $120 to the crate fee; you must call to order. You can find our 8" x 11" samples here.

PVC - We ship our zinc sheets without PVC covering. If you would like to add PVC to your sheet, to help minimize scratches; you may add that to your order here. Make sure to order one PVC Lining per sheet ordered.

Shipping: .040" and .060" thick sheets need to be shipped flat on a special pallet; there is a one time $250 crate fee for 44" wide and $350 for 48" wide  (these numbers are incuded in the total quote you will see when checking out)   sheets up to 10 feet long to build this hefty pallet that is included in the shipping price at check out. The sheets are shipped via a LTL Freight carrier. Its best to have the sheets shipped to a business address with a loading dock or forklift as there is an additional charge for use of a liftgate at delivery, plus a charge for residential delivery. You may also pick them up at the freight terminal. Please call us with you zip code so we can calculate the charges for you.

WARNING
Due to the nature of product, some scratches and blemishes should be expected. Metal sheets, just like their antique counterparts, may contain a certain amount of flaws, smudges, and scratches especially after shipping. Most of these marks can be buffed out using 0000 Steel Wool once the sheet is installed.

.040 Can ship rolled in a box or  Upright Freight, is you are willing to work with coiled material but want to save on the crate Fee,  If So  Please call and order over the phone

We are a cabinet shop that needed zinc countertops for a commercial application. Milling these on our CNC with standard carbide tips was very clean and the seams came out flawless
